Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DriveLog mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DriveLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DriveLog is a digital logbook application designed to help users track maintenance records, service history, and battery health for cars, motorcycles, and e-bikes. The service includes options to generate public links to verify maintenance history to third parties (e.g., potential buyers).

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the data you input (including mileage, costs, dates, and uploaded invoices). We do not verify the authenticity of user-generated maintenance records.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the Google account used to access DriveLog and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Content Moderation: You must not upload offensive, illegal, or malicious content, including inappropriate images inside the invoice photo fields.

4. Public Share Links

Our app allows you to generate a "Share Link" to make certain vehicle records visible to anyone with the link. You acknowledge that generating this link makes the selected data public. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not share sensitive information (e.g., personal addresses on invoices) unless you intend to. You can revoke link access anytime via the app.

5. Advertising

The Service is provided for free and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or goods and services offered by third-party advertisers.

6. Limitation of Liability

DriveLog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the app will increase the resale value of your vehicle or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide noticeable communication prior to any new terms taking effect.
